House Rules
No Parties or Events.
Only registered Guests. Kids are part of the registered guests also.
No out door bond Fires of any kind. We stay under a no burn Ordinance you will he find and maybe jailed.
No Fireworks of any kind
Water balloons have to be picked up once finished with them.
No dye kit or paint of any kind in the house, washer or dryer.
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
Do the dishes.
No smoking.
Fake Tan = BYO Sheets.
Turn of lights and AC/Heating when out of the property.
No Pets.
Quite Time after 9:00 P.M. until 8 A.M.
If you rent long term you have to have the house cleaned every two weeks at 69.00 dollar fee.
